Are your extensions made of human hair?
J.Flhair Extensions are made of 100% virgin unprocessed human hair.
Can J.Flair Extensions be bleached and colored?
Yes. J.Flhair Extensions are 100% virgin human hair. We recommend to have a licensed professional to color your extensions. If you desire a lighter blonde, please purchase our Russian blonde 613.
What products should I use on my J. Flhair Extensions?
You should always use a sulfate free shampoo with 2 lathers followed with a moisturizing conditioner. Deep conditioning for 30-60 mins can be done once a month if needed to restore it smooth, silky feel.
How often do you have sales?
We offer discounts periodically throughout the year. Follow us on social media or join our mailing list for updates on sales, new products, and more.
How many bundles should I buy?
This depends on the look and style you are going for. Each of our bundles are 3.5oz, so the longer the hair the shorter the weft. We recommend purchasing 2-4 bundles of hair to create a flawless look. CONSULT WITH YOUR STYLIST.
How do I order a custom units?
Custom Units can be ordered by clicking the custom wigs tab in the shop section of the site. Custom units are sold on a PREORDER basis. You will be asked to submit your head measurements by following the diagram in the Custom Units tab. Once your measurements and payment has been received, a member of the J.Flhair team will reach out to you to finalize your order and answer any questions you may have. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND CUSTOM UNITS CAN TAKE UP TO 3 WEEKS FOR PRODUCTION.
How long does shipping take?
Standard processing and shipping can take up to 10 days. Expedited and overnight shipping is available for and additional amount. Options available at checkout. Custom orders can take up to 30 days for production, processing, and shipping.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Expedited and Overnight shipping options are available for an additional cost at checkout.
Return & exchange policy
Bundles and Stock wigs can be exchanged for store credit or a different product no later than 15 days from date of delivery. Purchased items must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Exchange can be denied if product shows any signs of wear and/or usage. All custom orders and sale items are FINAL.
